We offer a home away from home to work or discover Warrnambool’s top tourist destinations. Our quiet and peaceful yet convenient locations ensure you will be only minutes away from all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options the city has to offer. Boasting exceptional amenities, each of our tastefully decorated serviced apartments has king beds and fully fitted kitchens as standard, with the option for private laundry facilities and a separate lounge area at all three locations. We offer a wide range of serviced apartments, from studios to one-, two-, and four-bedroom options. All properties are managed from our main reception at Botanic Central, located just a stone’s throw from the Botanic Gardens at 14 King Street.
Sustainability
At the self-contained Botanic Apartments Warrnambool, we are proud of our commitment to sustainability. ‘Reduce, re-use, recycle’ is our mantra and our method. Our beautiful and comfortable self-contained apartments have a number of sustainable features, including double-glazed windows, excellent insulation properties, compostable bin-liners, re-fillable soap dispensers, environmentally friendly cleaning products, and in-room recycling. At our centrally located Warrnambool property, we use our own green electricity via solar power and offer EV charging.
Accessibility
Botanic Apartments offers a fully self-contained accessible and comfortable studio apartment right in the heart of Warrnambool. This large open-plan studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and workspace as well as couch, king size bed and full laundry facilities. There is also an extremely large, light-filled clean and accessible bathroom. We have also made modifications to several other apartments that may be suitable for people with different accessibility needs. EV Charging
We have three MG Charge Hubs and two dedicated Tesla charging stations at the self-contained Botanic Aparmtents Warrnambool as part of our commitment to sustainability. These are available at no additional charge for guests staying in a one or two-bedroom apartments. There is a service fee of $15 for guests staying in a studio and $25 for those not staying. Please get in touch with our friendly and helpful staff at the time of booking whether you will need to use the charger so we can allocate the appropriate room.
WHO WE ARE
Linda Close
Linda has a background in corporate hospitality and event management and loves working in the hospitality industry. Linda studied French & Spanish at University in the UK where she met her Australian husband. They lived in Poland and London for several years before moving to Australia with their 3 children in 2012. Linda has recently taken up rowing and loves spending time on the Hopkins River in Warrnambool.
Kari Searle
Kari is Warrnambool local. After spending some time travelling and studying, she settled back in Warrnambool in 2018 where she began her current position in reception at The Botanic Apartments. With a background in Psychology, Kari loves meeting and getting to know new people. In her spare time, you’ll find Kari grabbing a coffee at the beach with friends, or catching a concert or show at the theatre.
Tara Magilton
Tara has lived here in Warrnambool most of her life and loves it! She’s proud to call Warrnambool her home, as she enjoys spending time at the beach, whether it’s walking, letting the kids have a splash, or catching some waves.
She has always been an animal lover at heart and is grateful to have her pets as part of her family.

Rose is a cleaner at Botanic Apartments, having dedicated eight years to her work and finding joy in every moment of it. She takes pleasure in spending time with her family, engaging in gardening, taking leisurely walks, and meeting up with friends and family over coffee and cake.

What a beautiful place to stay! I was pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean our room was.
I think we got a newly renovated room (room 12) which was a spacious 1-bed apartment. Really enjoyed our stay and Linda was great over the phone, accommodating an extra guest at the last minute. Would surely recommend it!

"Our go-to in Warrnambool"
Great location – was really quiet even though the motel was full and is close to the town centre. Stayed here a year ago and the renovation has been amazing – good value for money as the quality of the room has improved a lot but the price has barely gone up.

"Everything we needed!"
We stayed in one of the newly refurbished units over the long weekend. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our stay in Warrnambool. The location is great – within a stone’s throw of the central business district and restaurants, and the hosts are friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back, the same time next year.
